They could probably hit a head-size target at 100 meters and a man-size target at 200 meters. Two U.S. inventors created a similar weapon called the Cameron-Yaggi Periscope Rifle that consisted of a metal frame and a true periscope sight called a 'sightascope'. During testing they fired ten bullets in a 1.3 inch group at 200 yards...which is probably better than most shooters could do today with conventional scopes.
