It is the Russian Antonov An-225 transporting the Buran obiter. Flew on unmanned flight in 1988, then decommissioned and later it was destroyed when the hangar, where it was stored collapsed.
This isn't the space shuttle. It's a Russian knock-off that never saw any (successful) launches because Russians suck and building things that don't blow up.
That is the Soviet shuttle called Buran, which never had a manned flight. It did have an unmanned spaceflight though, something the American version could not do. Protip: the American spaceshuttles do not have CCCP written on them.
